Field Training:


The views differ on the concept of training in its many different fields.
There are technical and vocational training, practical training and other areas to use this concept,
and there are those who consider it as an activity concerned with transmitting information and instructions in order to develop
the performance of the student receiving it to help him reach a certain level of skills and knowledge,
and it is called "summer training" because it takes place in the summer where the student can do it.


Definition of Field Training:

Field training is defined as “the practical process through which field practice is carried out
with the aim of helping the student acquire technical skills, provide him with field experience,
and form his personal traits that lead to his professional growth by linking academic or theoretical studies with practice through a commitment to a training curriculum applied in
various institutions and bodies and under professional supervision.” Which enables him to perform his role effectively, raise his competitive level at work, and correct his scientific path in his professional life.”

Vision

It seeks to achieve integrated scientific leadership for continuous education and
training in the various fields of the faculty’s programs in order to achieve advanced quality standards
and distinguish its graduates with efficiency, develop their capabilities and qualify them for the practical
and applied aspects to keep pace with the labor market and advance society.

Mission

Providing effective and continuous education and training to qualify specialized student cadres
with high efficiency to provide with skills and continue professional and research growth to be able to
respond to the requirements of the fields of work and advance its various institutions.

Field Training Goals:
In light of the aspirations of the faculty, the unit of education and continuous field training, as well as the scientific departments towards comprehensive development for progress and advancement in the level of its education, it aims to:
1 - Urge community institutions to participate in providing the graduate with practical and field skills and experiences that qualify him to compete in the labor market after graduation and enable them to engage directly in the business community in a constructive way.
2- The permanent and continuous cooperation between the faculty and all the many societal parties in the governorate of Minia and outside, which results in the graduates’ contact with field work that fits with the faculty’s many specializations and programs and the nature of the work of the various community bodies and institutions.
3- Identify the problems and obstacles faced by these societal parties from the bodies and institutions participating in the training and seeking to direct scientific research and scientific projects in the faculty to solve these problems.
4- Achieve the goals of the university, faculty and academic departments concerned with the process of continuing education and training.
5- Strengthen the relationship between the university and the business community, which will reflect positively on the faculty’s study plans.
6- Raise the level of awareness among students of the need and necessity to accept the process of change and prepare for it, and the contribution to renewal and continuous development by preparing distinct training programs for students, each in his field, to keep pace with modern technology.
7- Allow students to apply theoretical information and contact with a real work environment governed by the controls and needs of the market during the last level of the study.
8- Develop students' concepts of the labor market's needs and strive to achieve and develop these concepts successfully.
9- Get mutual benefit for students as well as the faculty and training destination.
10- Enable institutions to identify students' skills and attract them for employment.
11- The Faculty’s knowledge of the needs and requirements of the labor market, which requires updating the study plans and the educational process in a way that suits this market.
12- Provide students with behavioral trends and professional ethics through field practice to ensure his success in his future work.
