In a warm scene reflecting the unity of the academic family, the Department of Botany and Microbiology organized a significant meeting today, Monday, April 30, 2026 for its members. The meeting was held in the presence of leaders of the Faculty of Science, which added a sense of joy and mutual appreciation to the occasion among the department members and the faculty administration, represented by Prof. Dr. Omar Abdel- Aziz Osman Dean of the Faculty who was keen to provide full support to the department and encourage dedicated efforts, Prof. Dr. Alaa Ismail Ahmed Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdel Rahman Abdel Jabber Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, upon the invitation of Prof. Dr. Prof. Dr. Jabber Khalaf Abdel-Baqi Head of the Department of Botany and Microbiology.

The meeting started with expressions of gratitude and appreciation for the devoted efforts within the Botany Department, including its distinguished botanical garden, which is supervised by Professor. Head of the Department
