Minia University President and the Acting President of Minia National University Prof. Dr. Essam Farahat decided to postpone the study for two days Wednesday and Thursday, March 25-26, 2026, for students, faculty members, and employees at both universities, based on the instructions of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry in light of concerns for the safety of university staff and due to expected severe weather conditions.

Dr. Essam Farahat stated that the decision also includes postponing any examinations scheduled during these days and to determine another day later by each faculty, in a way that ensures the continuity of the educational process without disrupting the academic schedules. Study will resume after the suspension period.
