Under the patronage of the University President Prof. Dr. Essam Farhat,  the Dean of the Faculty Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Mahmoud, the Faculty of Science organized today, Sunday, November 10, 2024 a sports day for students under the supervision of Student Activity Coordinator at the University Prof. Dr. Hossam Abd Al-Rahim and Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs Prof. Dr. Nadi Hejazi, Student Activity Coordinator at the Faculty Dr. Mahmoud Najah, General Manager of University Students Care, and team of Students Care at the faculty, headed by the office manager Prof. Heba Mohammed.

The activities began with the national anthem, followed by the start of competitions in various sports (Table tennis - tug of war - football - running - volleyball), determining the top three places in each game, awarding them prizes and training some female students in sports activities in preparation for participating in sports competitions at the university level. The Dean opened the sports day with the participation of female students and a number of faculty members and the administrative body of the faculty.
